If a patient posts a positive review on a review site, should I add that review to my website or blog by adding link or snippet?

I would avoid copying the review from the review site and posting on your website. I would avoid doing so for a number of reasons. Number one, you may not have the right to do so. There may be copyright issues in question. What’s more, there are some basic search engine optimization issues to consider as well. By copying that text word for word from one site onto your own, it’s no longer quite unique in either place. As such, I think the idea of referencing it with your own little post or re-tweet from Twitter or posting a comment on Facebook is the best way to go about it.
